Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is doing his bit, trying to help the needy amidst the tough and critical situation in the country. Just a few days back, the actor made a post and informed his fans about his generous donation. Varun posted a picture in which he mentioned that he has contributed and partnered with ‘Mission India’ to help procure oxygen concentrators to hospitals. Now, as Mumbai fights against the second wave of COVID-19, Varun Dhawan took to his Instagram stories to share a report of the number of COVID-19 positive cases in the city.

Taking to his Instagram stories, Varun Dhawan reposted a report that gives out the detailed information and the number of COVID-19 positive cases in Mumbai. The Coolie No 1 actor reacted to a report and shared the reason behind the post. Times of India reported that Mumbai recorded 2,662 new positive cases, 5,746 discharges and 78 deaths on Monday. The report mentioned that the active cases in the city are 54, 143 and the death toll is 13, 408. Varun Dhawan shared the report and said, “Let keep this going.” The actor also wrote, in the caption, “Have to try to find some positives this has been a tuff day with too many cases too close to home.”

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan was recently shooting for his upcoming film Bhediya in Arunachal Pradesh. The actor constantly shared videos and photos from the sets of the shoot. The film is part of Dinesh Vijan’s horror universe and it features Varun Dhawan-Kriti Sanon in key roles. The movie will mark Varun and Kriti’s third collaboration together after Dilwale and Kalank.
